Working with trusted subcontractors and trades, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. We help negotiate contracts with subtrades. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

We help our client in researching, selecting, ordering, and procuring the raw materials required for constructing a building project, including identifying and selecting vendors or suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and awarding contracts

We help our client in finding right people for duration of there project including Skilled and non-skilled labour forecasting & fulfillment, onboarding with background check and pre-safety education though 3rd party partners.

With help of our proprietary Bplan planner, we help our client prepare a robust business plan for seeking large capital funding from wide range of national and international lenders. We also help our client with market study, insight and research on wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects. 

We help our client in preparing the hard and soft cost reporting, to help draw submission report for QA verification and draw funding from the lender. It includes detailed historical and current spent to date report by various construction items for duration of the project. 

We are our clients custodian in managing relationship of our client with the lenders, bankers, sub-contractors, vendors, trades and labour to ensure open communication and trust through the duration of the project. 

We provide our construction with our proprietary Construction project management and planning tools, construction phase plan, task scheduling, buget forecasting and daily construction progress reports for the management.
