Steve was raised in Sacramento, California and began his career in the construction industry. Steve has over 30 years of operational and technical business experience from working with small family-owned businesses, non-profit organizations and mid-sized companies. For thirteen years he was the Construction Vice President and a Senior Manager at Sundquist Family of Companies located in the Seattle, Washington area. In 1997 Steve was introduced to the Simmons Survey and began using it as a hiring tool. In 2009 Steve started GSB Consultants began helping companies hire the best people. His twenty years of experience utilizing the SIMMONS PERSONAL SURVEY with hiring his own staff is now available to your business.
